Q. Do you ship worldwide?
A. Yes we do. We currently have a free shipping policy in place for all global shipping destinations as part of our re launch / rebranding promotion.

Q. What about Tax & import duty to my country of residence?
A. We pay it! We make sure that all products have tax & duty paid before its shipped to your country of residence.

Q. I have an idea of a type of themed pub. Can you also do this for me?
A. Yes we can. Please contact us via the details on our 'Contact section' to talk about your idea immediately. Alternatively use the 'Clone any Irish pub' link on the top menu to take you to our section on how this process works. 

Q. Do you rent them?
A. We used to but we dont anymore. But how about this? Why dont you get one from us then you can rent it out all you like ;-)

Q. What material is the inflatable pub made off?
A. Its made of PVC with 3 layers (for added protection) and machine stitched. It passes all necessary safety regulations as required by international law.

Q. Do you have a price guarantee?
A. Yes, we certainly do. As listed on our product pages, we have a price guarantee policy in place which means you are always getting the best price. We put our money where our mouth is.

Q. Do you offer a warranty?
A. Yes, we certainly do. Its guaranteed for up to 2 years. 

Q. Do you offer a refund if I am not happy?
A. Yes we certainly do. 100% refund policy is in place and you can find our full policy in our 'Refund Policy' section.

Q. Do you have any current vouchers or discount codes that I could use?
A. Reach out to us and we'll get something sorted for you. We are always open and always keen to do business.

Q. How long does it take before it arrives at my front door?
A. Each product is made to order as each customer can customize the style of the inflatable pub. We can turn round an inflatable pub for urgent orders in 2-3 working days and ship it with an additional 3-5 day delivery time (globally). Normally we allow up to 7-9 working days for the manufacturing process - as it has to be inflated, tested, checked & pass an inspection process before leaving our premises.

We prefer to 'do the job right' and not rush it as mistakes can be expensive & frustrating. Ideally, we inform you of the expected delivery date based upon how busy we will be. We tend to refuse 'rush' jobs which will affect the quality of our existing workload as these are expensive items and require par excellence during the production process.
